If I could give ZERO stars, that would be much more appropriate.. I ordered a pizza a couple weeks ago, online.. I requested car... side delivery, because I was not feeling well.. Never was it communicated to me that this option was not available.. I wasalerted that my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, I received a text that it was running late.. After sitting in mycar for an hour, waiting for an update that my pizza was ready, I walked into the store.. There was one person who had beenwaiting for a short time, as I saw her when she walked in, and an Employee with locs.. OH!! And my room temperature pizza thathad been SITTING for an hour!! When I advised I was there to pick up a car side order and had been waiting for an hour, sherudely and with absolutely no empathy advised she was not doing car side deliveries, because she was working alone. NEVER ONCEWAS THIS COMMUNICATED TO ME ONLINE, NOR VIA TEXT!!! Instead, I was receiving messages that my order was running late and I wouldreceive a free pizza.. A pizza I have yet to receive a voucher or anything for.. AND I called to get the telephone number to thecorporate office.. 1-800-DOMINOS is a JOKE!! Couldn?t get past the automated system saying it had not received a response,regardless of me pressing 1 REPEATEDLY!!! They need to replace this store with something of more value to the Sandtowncommunity? Read more
4 people in the front of The store and they all just ignored me for around 10 minutes until one of the employees commented on me... looking frustrated instead of helping me. I was finally helped by someone else after he was being rude to me. Read more
Close the store. 9/9 8:23 ordered 3 pizzas. My husband picked up the order. The manager is extremely rude. She shouldn't... represent your company. We didn?t check the order until we arrived home. Our fault all three pizzas were wrong. Called to askto have the pizzas remade no answer. Let me say this is not our first time having an issue at this location. That same rude anddisrespectful manager went to Publix while on the clock and left the delivery driver and me waiting to pick up my carryout orderfor 20 minutes. When I said something to her she stated that the pizza was out of the oven at least 4 minutes before sheleft. She wouldn?t refund me for the order. She is something like a bully. That should?ve been the last straw but we wentback. Until there is change We will not support this Dominos anymore. I plan to share this experience with my neighbors andcommunity as this behavior is not acceptable. There is no accountability and no customer service. Close the store and hirepeople that care.
