This store is horrible. We put in for a delivery order and finally decided to call after waiting almost two hours. The girl who... picked up informed me that they were under staffed and I still had 3 deliveries in front of mine. She said it was going to be atleast another hour. The worst part was she had an attitude with me as if I was being disrespectful. I think that particularlocation needs to stop taking delivery orders if they are that understaffed. Read more
Delivery driver (Terrell) called and said he could not deliver my pizza. I am less than 4 miles away from this location but he... said he didn?t know where I was located and couldn?t deliver the pizza that far when I gave specific directions. I asked if hecould just cancel my order and refund my card, since apparently he couldn?t deliver the pizza. He said he would return to thestore and cancel and refund me. However, this did not happen and my card has been charged for food that I never even received.Not great. Read more
If I could give negative stars, I would. I have yet to receive a "good" order from them and had decided to never order from them... again, but I was desperate today being that I was home sick. I placed my order at 3:52 pm and it was delivered at 6:01 pm, coldand nasty. They didn't follow directions and thanks to that, my body has been violently rejecting the food for the last 90minutes. DO NOT ORDER WEB DELIVERY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A STORE. The absolute worst pizza delivery experience of my 32 years on this... earth. Tried ordering at 10:15 on Thursday night, waited 4 hours and it never showed up. They said it was delivered but we nevergot it so had to get in contact with Domino's corporate to get a refund. Stupidity tried ordering AGAIN on Saturday night. Putthe order in at 10:30 and didn't get the order for over 3 and half hours. The pizza was straight up disgusting and undercooked.The only good thing I have to say about this experience is that it's completely turned me off from ordering Domino's ever again. Read more
