The employee Emily is very rude. She made my order wrong. I asked for a small iced almond latte with brown sugar. and I got a... medium iced coffee with cream and one pump brown sugar. She said she didn?t hear me, and clearly she didn?t but why not ask meto clarify my order. I returned and got another coffee. I was not rude to anyone and did not ask for a refund.
