The food and the drinks are amazing. However, the last THREE times I went there, the service was awful. To preface, the place... was not packed at all when I went, less than 4 tables were being used, and every time it took almost 30 minutes to get seated(we ended up leaving the last time bc it was getting upwards of an hour to be seated), another time once we finally were seated,it took 45 minutes to get our appetizer and our first drink. The servers were no existent, forgetful, and not even apologeticwhen they would bring the wrong food/drinks, or be late af with anything we we ordered. They would act offended when we askedfor our drinks or food or silverware that they forget to bring after being asked twice. I have never experienced such terribleservice in my life. Because the food was so great we kept coming back to give the servers a chance, but it kept getting worse,and unfortunately we have not been back since. Read more
We stopped here for a bite before a show at the Variety Playhouse. The chicken fajita seasoning lacked enthusiasm. The chicken... was mediocre and the vegetables were bargain. I truly appreciate the staff here ! My friends and I brought our four small children here. Let?s just say things were hectic.... But the staff was soo awesome!! helping out and making sure we all had exactly what what we needed. The food was great and themargaritas were strong. I will def be back again. Read more
Food is good and fresh. The server was very nice and pleasant. I wish i would have gotten his name. The dinner experience was... nice. The time of day we dined was not too busy so we were able to get a lot of attention from the server. However, it wasraining and they had a roof leak. So buckets all around and the floor was wet and had puddles of water on it. The floor alsohad an unusual slippery feel to it. You had to be very extra careful not to fall. I?ve been frequenting this place for years, and I have noticed it going down hill for a while. Today 11/13/22 I ordered the... asada (steak). The meat smelt well past expired, and it was completely inedible. I brought it to the manager?s attention but allhe smelled was the salt and pepper and no apology. I paid the full bill and left. I?m not the type to leave bad reviews, but I?mupset that a restaurant can serve meat in that condition and then have the nerve to defend it. Read more
