Came there last night and had a section in the latin room for my friends bachelor party, I must say our waitress Sophy (I think... that was her name) gave the best customer service and bottle service I?ve had in years!!!! Music was good, drinks were good, andatmosphere was good. If you?re looking for a great club night this is definitely the spot; My boys and I will definitely becoming back and asking to have Sophy as our waitress. Read more
the security at this club is out of control. they are aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. not only did they beat my friend up... so bad that we had to rush him to the hospital due to the amount of blood he was losing but they continued to instigate morefights and threaten my friends and i lives. it got so bad that an apd office had to step in to tell the ?security? to calm downand we ended up giving him a statement about the situation. they also refused to give us our car keys back from valet eventhough we were completely sober. Hi, I just got harassed in your club by a person that works there cleaning. When I went to tell him he can not be going around... trying to touch women he hit me with his broom. I?m taller/bigger so I stoped him BUT this can?t happen and your people need torespect women and everyone. I tried telling to the ?manager? and he was the rudest person (braids on his hair) I really hope hewas not the real manager, he was helping het people inside. I told the police guy and he said he ?noted? the situation but itdidn?t seem like he even cared at all. Please address this. Train your personnel. Havana is huge and I?m not sure if I want to call it a club, because it?s much more than that. There are two rooms, one with... lounge, a hookah bar etc. I understand the need to prevent situations getting out of hands especially when you have so manypeople drinking at the same time. Havana security is rude, inconsiderate and does not seem to understand on how to treat peoplewho are paying to keep the club running. They mistook me for someone else and asked me to leave the premises until someone cameand cleared the situation up. However, that situation was handled so badly that I was rendered scared and perplexed. Here?shoping that I never get to go again to this incorrigible place that has no idea how to be hospitable in hospitality business. Read more
