Overworked and under-staffed. Makes for a very grumpy cashier. Check your order before you go. They will send you out of there... missing items after a 40 minute wait for wings. Don't go to his place if you just want plain wings fried with a sauce. I can't review the food because it was to complicated... and ordering just some traditional wings shouldn't be complicated. After a long day of decision's trying to figure out if theyneeded to be breaded, grill, smoked, etc is touch. However, I should have read all the reviews first, that would have saved mesome time. I have ordered here before and the food was pretty decent. This time when I picked up my food I was greeted by a very rude... manager. I entered the store and I was on the phone, I was waiting to end my call before addressing the ladies at the counter.As I?m on the phone this lady is yelling to me ?placing or pick up? multiple times while I am on the phone. When I didn?trespond and I motioned to give me a moment she was talking to the employees about me behind the counter. After I got my food Iwent back into the store to grab some sauce because I forgot to ask for it. The manager at the time was leaving. She turnedaround after she saw me walking back in and followed me in to watch what I was doing. I got my sauce and left. Never was I rudeto the lady at the front desk, but due to this costumer service I will not be returning. I don?t have the desire to be spoken toin a rude manner nor followed into a store. Read more

I went to This wonderful establishment, and I had a nice time and lovely food..My choice was a 5piece Chicken Tenders Plate and... a drink, the price was nice, but also there was a very fun and relaxing atmosphere to this place...There was World Cup beingplayed on TV in the front of the store, with even a special visitor on me as well..As I was walking in people were alreadyspeaking to me and saying either hello or welcome and that's always refreshing too..Food was very tasty and the curly fries werehappy to me..I chose my flavor for my tenders as Parmesan Garlic, and the sauce did (not) disappoint, as for my little friendwho was hanging on me well I will show a picture of him too, they are GOOD LUCK as I have been told, and thank you again for thewonderful and great experience Hoots!!
