My first time visiting this location was on 9/19. I was bothered there was a gratuity charge automatically added to my bill.... After I paid my bill via card a receipt generated of course but it wasn?t detailed so I asked for a detailed receipt because itwasn?t the same price when I ordered previously at a different location. I?m honestly thinking it was tax differences because Iwas in a different city. When I asked the cashier Tenisha she said it?s a service charge added to each order. I said ok but I?vevisited other locations before and they don?t do this, let alone a to go order? My receipt says gratuity and service charge. I?mconfused. Leaving a tip will never be an issue to my discretion not yours. The cashier had a bonnet on and had taken 10 minutesto take an order. The bonnet really through me off not the wait time. I was in there so long someone came in to place an orderbut left because the cashier never came to the front after he waited 15 minutes. My husband brought me here this morning right after I left the ER and Stephanie has been amazing. I was confusing myself and her... but she was still patient and friendly and understanding and she made me feel good. It's crazy on Saturday mornings to dine in, take out or dash. The place was packed, saw a couple people dissatisfied with their... wait times. 1 party of 14 took forever. I was here today picking up dasher food. The wait was way longer than expected. Itseemed very chaotic. It's hard to provide quality service when you are not fully staffed, we get that. This was absolutely the worse I wanted a omelet which is usually pretty good from ihop not this time the egg was over cooked and... so was the hashbrowns, they tried to make better hashbrowns but those weren't done. Now I'm at work with heartburn. Read more

Just had a lovely experience here. I'm saddened to see some of these bad reviews. We went later in the day for "breakfast for... dinner". It was a little costly, but the service was incredible. The gentleman who was our waiter was kind and patient with usand checked in on us while we were waiting for our food to be made.
