Coffee was fine. They seemed to be out of everything to make any of their signature Joe's. Also wanted a cup of water, they only... have bottled, fine...they were out of bottled water. Seems like management needs to make some supply runs. Read more
This is a coffee shop so we came for coffee after dinner only to learn that they stop serving coffee at 7pm. They close at... 10pm.. just don?t understand the need to shut down 3hrs prior to closing. It?s the only reason we came in. Nor do they have apublic restroom which is super inconvenient for my father who has problems walking long distances. The only reason I gave twostars is because it?s a decent market style shop. but no coffee.. Read more
It was really late and near closing when we went in. The young man behind the counter was very kind to fix our three lattes. This coffee shop is in the lobby of the lovely ritz Carlton! All the staff I encountered there were very nice except the lady... working at the coffee kiosk! She was rude to the point I felt uncomfortable. I would not return based on her strange attitudewhen serving me. Coffee was ok but for 5 dollars for a drink a smile would be nice for customers.
