Probably the weirdest food ordering experience I?ve ever had. I ordered for a 3-entrees & 1-side plate, and asked for a half... veggies & half rice for my side (they have veggies option for sides, just like Panda Express). The staff did not understand whatI was talking about, said my veggies would go to my entree option, and they would only do half rice & half noodles for sides. Ithen said okay, I?ll just have rice as my side, and choose three other entrees then. She did not understand what I was talkingabout again, looked at me as if I just said something very dumb, and repeated again that ?your veggies would go to yourentree?. ? ??????????? Alright. I said ?okay, now I?m getting confused. I just want to have rice as my side. I don?t need theveggies now. ? And she r.e.p.e.a.t.e.d again that ?your veggies would go to your entree?. At this point, there were already someother customers waiting, she then impatiently started to pack my food without me replying. Thai Coconut curry chicken had only ONE small piece of chicken and NO flavor of coconut or curry, more like mixed vegetables,... and orange chicken was yuk. The steamed rice was so DRY! Wasted food and $. Read more
Customer service was horrible and went to eat 15 mins ago and me and the girls behind the counter just stared at each other for... 5 mins before they bothered to ask to help me or the gentlemen with me. They were out of noodle and the food was meh at bestexcept for the egg rolls. Read more

I wish there was a minus zero star. I stood in line to order behind a woman/children. While waiting I witnessed the rudest... unprofessional disrespectful attitudes /comments projected at the woman in front of me. It was so upsetting I left the line inspite of hunger from a 5hr flight with no meal! The whole staff should be fired for the demeaning words/ways they treated thiswoman/children. She was confused on what was entree or side. When she reached the checkout and changed her mind on a side /askedfor entree to be put separate noodles for he toddler the crew member snatched her plate threw the green beans back in pot thencommented "she is doing too much " !
