We ordered two curb-side pizzas last week. We?ve eaten a lot of Mellow across the States, but this was our first time ordering... from Brookhaven branch. One pizza was great and the other was ???????? for various reasons. I sent a survey conveying whathappened and a manager named Jennifer followed up with me the next day to make it right. Had the best experience doing curbside pickup here! At first I called to order because the website didn?t have an option I... wanted when ordering online, but since you have to order online to do curbside, Tylan?I think that?s how it?s spelled, he toldme to go ahead and place the order online and he?d take care of my special request. (I had my dogs with me, so I had to docurbside.) He brought my order out very quickly when I got there and the food was so freaking delicious! Everyone was very happywith their meals. I was amazed by the customer service today. Yes we all want great food when we go to a restaurant. But the unspoken... characteristic of a restaurant we desire is service. We can become repeat customers of a good plate but in my opinion, nothingcan earn my loyalty like good service. And that is what I was reintroduced to tonight. I came in for a to go order and a fellowby the name of Todd greeted me almost immediately by putting his side work of sweeping the floor to the side. He literally used3 different tablets to ensure I lost no time in picking up my order....just in case I was in a rush. But my intrigue came intoplay and asked if he was a manager of some sort. Only because my experience has shown me that those in that higher position carethat much more. But no. He explained he was mostly in charge of to go orders. Can I say "wow"?? He opened up my pizza box toensure it was correct. But he read that I wanted pesto base and saw pesto topping. Immediately offered a remake since he thoughtit was wrong. But it happened to be pesto base AS WELL as a pesto topping. But the extra desire to make sure I was happy with myorder was astonishing. The restaurant is really big with plenty of seating.
