Order was wrong. Left out items that we had to go back inside to ask for. My husband ordered a kids meal for our daughter just... to find that we had been given yogurt- they didn?t even ask of she wanted chips, an apple, or yogurt. No kids turkey sandwich,no apple juice. Just yogurt. Even after going back in and asking, they STILL did not include everything we paid for. Ordered twosoups and no spoons were given. We were on our way to somewhere so it?s bot like just getting spoons from somewhere else was anoption. Thankfully we had some in the glove compartment. It took a long time and it was not correct. Know that a lot of placesare short-staffed and struggling, but this was disappointing and after all that, the food was not good/flavorful at all. 0/10would not recommend. Read more
Not for me, too expensive, too slow. I waited nearly 40 minutes for food, to be fair there was a rush. The food was good, but I... just have not had something to my taste and at a reasonable price. Food was prepared right, I just prefer stronger flavours withmore favorable portions. I'll try again when I have 15 bucks to blow on a sandwich. Read more
Dirty, sad restaurant. Owner clearly doesn?t care. Very low quantity of teriyaki chicken and broccoli for $13. Think of... restaurants on a spectrum: on one end you have Chick fil A. On the other end? this Panera Bread. My daughters Mac and cheese wasgood though, so that gives this place two stars. Read more
Couldn?t be happier! everyone at this Panera location is so friendly and kind! I had to wait a bit on a busy day during lunch... rush and I honestly didn?t even mind because the staff were all creating such a positive environment. They have a good flow &work hard to crank out the orders quickly & efficiently. 5 stars! Thanks y?all! Read more

Went this morning to have a coffee and bagel. Even for a mid Thursday morning, a line formed quickly behind me. The staff was... aware of the flow and quickly opened another register (not always doable depending on the workload!) Everyone from the cashiersto the window washer to the barista were wonderful.This time of year is especially hectic so the fact that everyone here wasgenuinely trying to provide a great experience speaks volumes! The booth I sat in was freshly wiped down and the bagel wasgreat! A gentle reminder to be kind to those in the service industry - just want to applaud the staff and management forbuilding a great team! Read more
