The worst customer service experience ever. Wasted my time and money. This store does not deserve to have a prime suite within... the flagship hospital of Piedmont Healthcare. I'm grateful there's a Starbucks, next to it. I rather pay more to be respectedand valued. Read more
First time eating at any Panera - the young lady who took my order was cordial and accommodating but the kitchen crew dropped... the ball. The Caesar salad I got was rusty and I should have returned it but was in a hurry and had a few bites of it which mademe ill a few hours later. If their produce is farm to table, then it stayed on the farm a little too long. It should have beenin the compost pile. Read more
So walked in there at 1130 pm to order dinner since I work all night . The guy cleaning the floors started Yelling At Me about... we are closed ? I said it?s only 1130 why are you yelling .. we closed that?s why , I do not recommend this location ?.
