Poor service experience to say the least. Zero attention, never a drink refill. Never checked on after receiving food. Seated... immediately next to the host stand, and had to get up and ask to order there, or if I needed anything. Bathrooms were unkept, nopaper towels, and looked to not have been cleaned in ages. Customer service was good but Pho had NO flavor at all.
Party of 3 for lunch We arrived close to noon and the place was not very busy. We had a short wait at the front, but once we... were greeted we were seated quickly. We sat inside, but they do have a little outside seating area. We all reviewed themenu. One of my friends ordered the spring roll appetizer. Then we all ordered different versions of the Vermicelli. Aftera short wait, the main entrees arrived. My friend who ordered the appetizer had to remind the server that we never receivedthe spring rolls. My friend actually said he thinks they brought the appetizer to another table. The server advised he wouldgo check on the rolls and bring them out, which he did. So the appetizer arrived after the entrees. I ordered the grilledchicken Vermicelli. It was just OK and that was pretty much the consensus at the table, that the food was OK. Then we askedthe server to split the whole check into 2 even tabs. Well, something got lost in translation, he added 2 meals to one billand left the other one by itself. I wandered in here today wow! Running some errands nearby. The pho was surprisingly good. Unlike most places in Atlanta, the... broth didn't taste like it came from a powder with too much salt and MSG. I've been to probably 10 Vietnamese places in Atlantaincluding some on Buford highway, and this one is above average. Again, I was surprised. I ordered the extra large bowl ofsoup. That was a mistake. It was enough for two people. The guy who was the front desk person and waiter was kind and kind ofdry. The place has outdoor seating and indoor seating. It is very clean.
