SPOILED ice cream!!!!!! I immediately took it back in and the employee didn?t know I had my head sticking thru the glass window... watching her when she took the top off the machine. Obviously the spoiled milk smell or something caused her to pull her noseback with a frown. She then called a manager over that took 7 mins too long. Simply put the Concept is TOO innovative that itdoes not best serve the customer. I had the manager on duty tell me ?I don?t know? she wasn?t trained she was informed only totell customers to request online when asked about the process for a refund. I could go on and on!!!!! First off the buildingoutside does NOT have a restaurant marker. One would not know Sonic is co-located unless you somehow knew. Secondly, you canONLY order online which means if something goes wrong you can only be refunded online; and likely you?ll never get your moneyback like I didn?t! We were visiting from out of town and not familiar with the area. If you are used to ordering ahead and pulling up to a carhop,... you will not receive that experience here. It is called Alliance Kitchen and has other restaurants located here as well like afood court and you pick up from a locker. We tried calling customer service and they were so rude, there was somethingintercepting with the phone line as well, which was communicated to the representative, but they were of no assistance in evengiving directions that this was a different sonic experience. There were no signs saying Sonic was located here, just a smallfrosting print on the door to walk in. Our items were ready and correct. The experience and lack of support from customerservice was the cause of this poor review. There was no disclaimer given when ordering. Read more
Please note this Sonic location is located in the Inspire Alliance Kitchen??so it?s a Sonic Drive In that?s not a drive in. I... came here once before and was EXTREMELY frustrated because this was not apparent. This time around I mustered up the nerve totry again ONLY because I was at a friend?s house and received DoorDash from this location. I believe you can only order aheadbecause the location has lockers that hold the food and you you simply select your name and restaurant to open your locker (notsure what stops random people from accessing the food). Food was good and still a little warm after the ten minute ride back.I?ll have to order and eat in one day as there are a few high top tables available for dine in. Read more
