The customer service has went down. When I came in the store this evening I experienced bad customer service from Aaliyah. She... had her ear piece in her ear and was having a conversation while I attempted to order. I had to repeat the type of sandwich Iwas having, type of bread and cheese 3 time or more. She was paying more attention to her conversation then trying to take myorder. This use to be my favorite subway because it?s conveniently located. DISCRIMINATION!!! Got a Tuna Sandwich and there was only one table with chairs down so I sat down to eat then the girl said that... the dine in seating was closed and that it closed at a certain time? Which she did not say. I gave her a 20% tip now I feelripped off. The receipt says (eat in) on it also. Will go to corporate now. This is outlandish. The seats were down, I startedto eat, and was kicked out even though it receipt said (eat in). So to close...I contacted corporate and the manager send me anemail stating that he would give me a refund. Few days later I checked my bank and I have not received a refund. Contactedcorporate again but they never got back. So I just waited for my statement which I just got and they DID NOT REFUND!!! THIS ISTHE WORST SUBWAY EVER. I don't know how they stay in business. I was forced to eat my sandwich in my UPS truck while it was inthe 90's. I would eat there all the time for it is on my route but I will never set foot in there AGAIN!!! Read more
