Hi there! I just wanted to let you guys know I love your food as the vibe, Willy?s has always been my go to every since I moved... to Georgia for the army. But I wanted to tell you my friends and I had a very disturbing experience with the people who enforceyour parking at this location. We parked our cars in the Willy?s lot, walked around the block to bring another friend over, andthen went into Willy?s. We all ordered, drank margs, and hung out for a little over an hour. When we finished, we went outsideto find both our cars booted. I called the number to explain there must be some kind of mistake as we had just spent $125 inWilly?s and enjoyed ourselves inside for an hour. The Parking employee or manager on the phone was simply irate. He practicallyyelled on the phone with me, making accusations that we had dined somewhere else and that we had tried to get one over onhim. I said I would be happy to show him the receipt, to which he responded that ?neither the cops or god will help you? andthat he had total control over the parking lot and I would simply have to pay. He and I went round and round until he hung upon me, and he quite frankly seemed deranged. We were forced to pay $150 to unboot the cars at the restaurant we had just eatenat, all the while being berated by this maniacal parking lot attendant. The food is consistently good but PLEASE turn down the music a bit. I've wanted to eat inside this location several times in the... past few months, but ended up taking my food to my car because I couldn't hear myself think over the music. When I checked it ona decibel meter on my phone, the level was consistently 83db; That's louder than at my gym! Read more
I absolutely love Willy?s it?s no better Mexican restaurant that can top Willy?s Mexican Grill !! The freshness of the meats and... veggies . The customer service when your greeted. It?s such a wonderful place to sit in and eat ! Me and my family love thisplace . We have been loyal customers since they first opened!! I highly recommend this place even for employment!! I?ll never spend another dime at any Willy?s location. To the owner: paying a sad man minimum wage to sit in his car all day... and put boots on cars is not going to increase your food sales. Find a better way to be salty about the restaurants around youbeing much more busy than you on a Saturday afternoon. To Matt, the sad man: be a decent human next time and tell the personthat?s parking 10 ft from you that if the car is there for 3 minutes, they?re getting booted. A friend and I parked our cars inWilly?s lot for literally 3 minutes and were both booted, walked back to the cars while Matt was still taking pictures of ourlicense plates and he would not budge.
