The food here is great but there is a catch. You have to dine in. No, seriously dine in. Although they offer a delivery option... it?s best not to use it. My orders are always wrong, or messy (like pizza toppings sliding halfway across the pizza and into thebox) when I use delivery. Delivery drivers will not take back incorrect orders, and instead instruct you to call the store tofix the problem. Which makes the experience worse as the staff members manning the phones aren?t usually nice when you call backto report something was wrong- unlike most companies who are apologetic and willing to help when they make errors. When I dinein or carry out everything is perfect. No mis-heard orders, no missing food or drinks, perfect. When I ask for delivery it?salways wrong. Another difference between the two is service. The service provided in person is exceptional. Nice staff andquick service. On the phone, they can be rude and pushy if the restaurant is ?busy?. I have been placed on hold (which I don?tmind at all) and forgotten (which I do care about) about on multiple occasions. The last time was over 20 minutes to which myhusband barely got a sorry. Add that to the incorrect orders and poor state of food once it arrives at your door I won?t everorder delivery again. You shouldn?t either. Eat here for great pizza and good specials. But dine in. Amazing little place. All staff if amazing. Pizza was unbelievably delicious. Must get the garlic rolls too!
