We have always loved Bill's Burgers so I am.saddened to leave such a negative review..we went there today and the service was... horrible. One person to run the whole counter. It took so long to even place our order and when we finally got it the fries werecold and my husband's burger was over cooked..I do not understand why anyone would let such a great little place go down hilllike it did..we had recommended it to some people a few days ago. Never again, burgers with pink inside, salty fries, service slow and one cook with one bar tender. Staff looks over worked and I... paid $35 for 2 burgers and fries. I’m sorry to say, but Bill’s was so much better when it was in Harrah’s. It is extremely small and the food was not nearly... as good. Attempted to visit one night and the “cook” decided to close early. Went back tonite 8/20/2022 and found a bar withoverpriced bar food and a limited menu. We were not given straws, napkins or even utensils. The soda machine was malfunctioningwith no offer to refund. Two overcooked burgers, decent wings, an order of soggy chili fries, one flat soda and a 20% tip…thatwas a $57.00 lesson learned. Never again! Read more
