I waited in line For 30 minutes just for them to tell us we cannot come in unlesss we did reservations. And we cannot do... takeout? What is this????? False advertising at its finest. Made a reservation. Highly recommend for bigger groups. Very nice. Hostesses very nice. Accommodating as we had friends pop in... and visit us and then no added 2 more people to our table. Sai was our waiter. Chef even checked on us. Food ?????.. 1. HoneyWalnut shrimp delicious. Not them small salad shrimp either. More like Extra large to small prawns size. Brought half back andfinished it off later as a snack. 2. Chow Fun really good that my hubby ate it all. 3. One child ordered sweet and sour chickenand she finished it. 4. Child 2 ordered Mapo Tofu. She couldn't finish it bc it was a lot. Actually quite tasty. 5. Child 3 had garlic chicken with asparagus. That was tasty too. 6. Child 4 had her chicken lol mein. Service - 0/5 The waitress E--, was horrible. We had to have someone else answer questions that we had about the menu. She... slammed the water pitchers on the table when they were empty after filling our glasses. We had a large party and she didn'toffer back ANY change to those who paid in cash, and for myself I felt like she was WAITING for me to put a cash tip on thetable because I didn't include it on my credit card slip. The hostess was warm and friendly BUT our waitress was horrific!!! Our waitress Emily wasted water on 2 of the people in our... party and never apologized. She got 2 of the orders completed wrong and was argumentative when we asked her to correct them.Her overall demeanor was rude and very dismissive and when we asked for the manager she came over and tried to make excuses forher. She stated Emily had been sick for a few days. If this is true she should have stayed home with it being post covid 19pandemic. This was an overall horrible experience. I can't comment on the food, we couldn't get past the rude service to tasteit. It looked like typical Asian take out.. Read more
