Today I buy mcchicken for my daughter and in sandwich she got broken glass. I was super mad because. This thing not happen first... time. I was thrown out of the store by security. This place is messed up. 10-31-22 9:03PM whoever was working the intercom shouldn?t be working there. I order a ?Medium number 1... with a Dr Pepper? She kept messing with me saying ?yes Dr Pepper meal? (4-5 times) no language barrier because she answered myinitial questions perfectly. Finally after getting my order in, pulling up to the first window to pay, they got spiteful, mademe pull up so the 3 cars behind me can get their food before me. Finally after 13 minutes the manager brings out my cold Big Macmeal. Little children are running this place. Good luck ordering food from this McDonalds in AC. Read more
Fries were delicious but they have a problem with Hep A. I found out that I had almost diarrhea with their fries and coffee.... Poor sanitation anyways! By the way, they are very selective with the hiring process and only hire Ghetto people by science tocondemn people to their own personal hell!!! Congrats you lost a customer!!! Read more

Placed an order thru the app for pick up in the store. App said to go to pickup point which was labeled right near the... cashier's, so I waited there for my number. 20 min later after seeing so many orders go thru after me, I went to ask about myorder and it was if the lady who was bring the orders out could read my mind. She said mobile orders are at the other pick uppoint around the corner. Silly me, why wouldn't I assume there is more than one pick up point depending on how you ordered (appvs kiosks in the store). I was busy which is why I stopped by McD's for prompt refueling, but I burned up 20 minutes extraminutes waiting for something that can be communicated better (different pick up points for mobile order vs kiosks). When theyare busy, I'm sure this makes great sense because mobile orders don't have to wait so long...BUT it just needs to be made clearwhere a mobile order is to be picked up and the lady who read my mind, no doubt seen me listening to each order number shecalled, seen me hanging around for 20 minutes and seen me checking my mobile screen every order....so I'm certain this is anongoing issue. Perhaps a sign at the kiosk pick up point saying "Mobile Order should be picked up around the corner at theMobile pick up window". Read more
