I haven't eaten at El Adobe in quite a number of years due to past bad experiences. I decided to give them another shot and I... was not disappointed. Although the service was rather slow, my food was very delicious. I got Flips Fiesta quesadilla. They didnot skimp on the filling and it was very flavorful. I will definitely give them another shot. The only good thing about our Visit was the waitress. The rice was hard and grainy, and it was not mexican rice. The cheese... enchilada was covered with chili that tasted old and was really salty. The beans were nasty. We couldn't finish our enchiladaplates because they were so bad. We just asked our waiter for the check and left dissapointed after paying $50+ for food likethis. Read more

In town for an event and love tex mex so we decided to try this place. Everything was good...chips and salsa, margaritas and our... entrees. Only negative about the food was the rice was not Mexican rice and had little flavor. The hostess was very distracting.It took her a while to seat us and when she did she spent most of the time chatting loudly with the table next to us. I usuallydon't complain about stuff but I felt this needed to be addressed. We will come back if in town again. Read more
