Went tonight and ordered x3 biggie bag meals. Everything tasted fine however the wait was 30+ minutes with very few people... eating inside and only 4 cars ahead of us. They could?ve ordered a ton of food, who knows. Multiple people pulled off while wewere waiting just to have our order taken. While ordering I listed each biggie bag meal one at a time because they were alldifferent. When I got to the third biggie bag meal I was met with a VERY rude toned ?so you?re just getting all biggie bags?? Ididn?t get a total or anything else said to me besides again, a very rude ?pull up?. I pull up to the first window only to bewaiting again because apparently no one was running it (she could?ve just told me that on the speaker when I ordered.) Ifinally decide to pull on up to the second window where my food order was correct, however, I did not receive straws, spoons andthe rude attitude was still present. I didn?t get a thank you, have a great night, nothing. Not even ?that?s all? , nothing. Itjust seems they really don?t care about their job which means other areas could be lacking like cleanliness or anything else ifpeople who don?t care are working the place. We ordered 2 10 piece spicy nuggets. We were asked to pull forward and that our food would be brought out to us. Almost 35... minutes goes by and still no food. My husband walks in and asked about our good to only be told that they never cooked our foodand forgot. Read more
went through the drive thru and the employee that helped me was very nice and respectful, but the manager, joyce, was very rude... to him. while we were speaking, joyce was yelling at him and told him to close the window in our faces and get to the nextcustomer (there were no other people in the line.) she was very unpleasant in front of me, can?t imagine how she is to otherswhen no customers are around. The food is pretty good but let's face it who doesn't love a Frosty. And now today I learn that they have a new flavor... strawberry. I would have liked to have went in and sat down and ate however I understand again about being understaffedconsidering that's a problem across the entire county and much of the state. Been to this location 3 times yet everytime the pretel buns were not available. We paid for the pretzel buns to fulfill orders.... Plus the buns we did receive were burnt and inedible....on going problem. The good part is the employees were friendly andapologetic unlike your major competitor. Read more
