I had very worst experience with the person who was working there. It seems most workers don?t understand English and one person... was very rude, I got really scared for his behavior. When I asked for what type of chicken you have(grilled or buffalo orcrispy) ? He rudely answered just chicken and showed his frustration and angry to me. I don?t understand why he was like that tome? I went to this location for the first time with my family. I ordered a taco salad. I was enjoying it until I got towards the end... and went to take a bite of the rice and found a hair included with that bite. I went up and showed them, they not only were rudeabout it but they argued with me. They kept insisting I get another one insteadB of getting my money back. I pushed for my moneyback. I also do not drink a lot while eating so my fountain drink cup was still full and they accused us of refilling our drinkswhen it?s against policy. I took like two sips of the drink NO REFILL!!!
