Had a pretty rough experience tonight at Mom's burgers tonight. The young lady who checked us out never smiled once. Or thanked... us at all for our business. Paid $50 for 3 soft drinks, 12 wings, cold overdone curly fries, 2 burgers served 15 minutes aftermy husband and son got their food. One of the burgers bun was to hard to eat. The young boy working there was very rude and putout about my complaint as I asked them to just make a new bun. The manager insisted on making it all over again. Waited 7minutes, he got a new burger with his old cold curly fries.We will not be back. Sad because we have been going there since theyopened. Sadly, it's been going down hill for a while. Read more

First timer last night. My wife and I each ordered a burger and fries. We choose not to do the combo for the drink and opted for... ice waters. The 16 year old kid decided to not tell us that we could have just gotten "water cups" and charged us an additional$3.50 for a styrofoam cup! After we paid and he gave me the receipt, I noticed the charge. I asked him why he didn't just giveus the free water cups and he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed at the owner. We ate the burgers that were ok at best.Buns were huge and you mostly get bread. I approached what I assume was the owner and asked why we were charged $3.50 for a cupwhen we asked for the water cups. I went into mom's tonight at 9:05 and asked if they had sweet and unsweet tea. The cashier replied yes we do. I said great I... need to get one of each. The lady then tell me "I'm sorry we are closed." She would not serve me. The door hours had they closeat 10pm online says 930. Either way they were open according to the hours of operation. This is honestly the best burger I've had in the area. We ordered to go and it got messed up so by the time we got back there to... switch it out (we had already made it home by the time they realized and called me) the burgers had been remade and our bill wascompletely comp'd. The service and staff are fantastic and remembered me even though I'd only been in a couple times at thatpoint. If you are in the mood for an excellent burger, this is the place to go. Read more
