Really good sandwiches and usually not packed here even during lunch hour

Had a meal here during Camp War Eagle, mostly because it was free. The food was just okay, but I was starving so I ate it. The... lines were too long everywhere else. It didn't take me long to figure out why this place wasn't busy. It's completelydisorganized and the layout is completely counterintuitive. After ordering my food I went to get my drink on the other side ofthe room and got trapped in a crowd getting their drinks. They called my name to pick up my food but I couldn't get there beforethey gave it to another person with a similar name. Fortunately she brought my food back when she realized the mistake.
