So I decided to give this place a try. I started off by asking g simple questions,because the young lady seemed more interested... in being with the boys in the back,then helping a customer understand a few things. I asked by what type of tea do they use andshe seemed very confused. Then asked the gentleman in the back about what of tea they used. He replied," that's a goodquestion." Then he told me golden peak tea. He also mentioned to me if I wanted a certain tea. I should go to KFC. He mentionedhe could make my chicken extra crispy. Well lets just say breading is missing from three out of tye four and half chickenfingers. Yes four and a half when i paid for five. This is not what my money should of paid for. Which by the way. My meal wasall most 15 bucks. The little kids in the back seem to find something funny about me. Considering I was watching them as none ofthe guys,expect for the one that took my order. Washed their hands before putting on their gloves. The young man that gave me myfood was polite when I mentioned to him about removing his gloves when touching his face. I was only trying to help. It appearsthat after a long weekend. No one really cares about how food is handled in this town. It's truly sad. I had hopes for thisplace,but it appears that Joe doesn't seem to truly understand what's going on in his restaurant. Also please explain to younglady,that sitting on the counter in the kitchen is not the how things should he done and eating from the fry basket in front ofthe customers faces is unacceptable. Good luck and this will be my last time eating here. Thanks for the waste of hard earnedmoney. Maybe I should of gone to KFC. At least I know what I'm getting myself into there. Read more

Guthrie?s in Auburn will always have a special place in my heart even if this is not the original. The new digs are very nice... with plenty of parking and seating. Guthrie?s sauce is SOOO much better than zaxbys. I always pay for an extra couple ofsauces. I would call this place a destination. Read more
