I order a pie to go with my chicken sandwich meal. She packed everything (like a delivery app order), left my pie out, and kind... laid it on the counter. My husband ordered a box of fried chicken and requested all drumsticks. We arrived home and there was not a single drumstick in... the mix, it was a variety of everything but drumsticks. The employee assisting us was very unenthusiastic and we felt like hedid it on purpose to be snarky. They were not busy in the slightest so we don't feel it was an error due to being overwhelmed.This was the second time we ate at this location and the food was not good at all either time. There was mold in the ice despenser. The management said they would clean it before I left ( never did ) Trash cans were over... flowing. Even though the food was under heat lamps, I still had to wait a unreasonable amount of time for my food that Iordered. It was slow fast service. Read more
