Little slow about taking our orders. Ordered the avocado tacos & the actual shell was a bit flimsy, had to eat them with a fork.

Beautiful building and the calamari was delicious. Came here for moms birthday dinner. Service was subpar, A lot of staff... working but no acknowledgment to our table. Had to ask a different person each time we needed something, like refills. Orderedthe tri tip, Medium rare and the meat came out very rare purple and raw, hard to cut. Had to send back to the kitchen and whenthey re delivered the food it was still rare and purple. The waitress then asked if we would like to try something else. I saidyes and would like to try the Chicken Marsala, she then leaves and comes back about 5minutes later with a salmon dish and walksoff. Then returned about 10/15 minutes later to let us know that she realized that she accidentally brought us the wrong dish. (I wasn't going to say anything) but she did let us know she has the kitchen starting the chicken Marsala. Waiting about 20 moreminutes and was finally brought the dish. Unfortunately we had to place right into a Togo box. She did comp our drinks and the3 mistake dishes and allowed us to take it with us. Which was nice but still spent about $100 on dinner we couldn't enjoytogether as a family. Strange experience to say the least. Food was good and staff was nice but it just seems hard to findgood customer service these days.
