No staff dedicated to plumbing. Purchased (new) products that when opened at home were used, damaged and defective. Went back... to the Store for assistance correcting the problem and waited nearly 2 hours to see a Manager. Assurance Store would fix theissue proved not to be as promised. In person follow up I was given false information again. I only went in looking for a random item which they did not carry. Then I used the bathroom. It was disgusting! The toilet paper... was outside the holder on at least two cubicles. The paper towel dispenser was empty & the paper towels were on the diaperchanging table. One soap dispenser was empty. Not a pleasant experience. Stores bragged about being so clean during the Covidepidemic, & now they don't care at all about being clean! Read more

Do not buy an appliance from Lowes. You can not return it, even if it is within the 30 days. You have to deal with Manufacture. ... Their new policy is within 48 hours and not installed. What a joke. This has been a difficult chainsaw shopping experience. The saws are not only locked up but I had to wait 10 minutes for someone... to come help me unlock it while the employee I asked for help retrieved something from the top storage shelf for anothercustomer- no big deal, right? So while I?m waiting for the other guy to come unlock it, this girl on the scissor lift startsfreaking out when she gets to the top and trys reaching for an item: ?ohhh, Omg, oh no, ahhhh omg ahhh!! Oh my goooood?, morethan loud enough for me to hear from down isle. I felt both sorry for her and very uncomfortable. Anyways, her coworker finallycomes over and before he gets to me, naturally, he has to calm her down. So he unlocks the saw I wanted but then he tells me he?has to walk it over? with me, like a kind gent escorting me to make sure I?m safe. We get to the self checkout and what do youknow, the biggest Mr. Stare-At-You shelf checkout attendant I?ve ever encountered in my entire life. Nice guy though, andhelpful, too. But he does NOT hide the fact that he is closely watching you, and I mean 5 feet behind you, max. Give me somespace next time.
