Alot of the times when we come to this location the staff is miserable and have little to no communication skills. But today was... different we were greeted but a very nice lady at 2:26pm she was at the first window taking orders and taking our payment.Multitasking and communication was top teir. we can tell she's a great worker and hope to see alot more of her! I can't tell you the amount of times I have had a bad experience here, slow service, closed at random times even though they... claim to be 24 hours, their "system is down" meaning they are cash only at the worst possible times. They ran out of fries at6pm, I could go on and on. Its ridiculous, every time I have gone to this location in the last year something negative hashappened. I just want to come here and have a quick cheap meal, the last three times I went they had some issue where I couldn'teven get my food. Read more
