We hired Pure to cater our wedding, which we held at a private residence with about 130 people. Luke and Kelly were fantastic... throughout the entire process, from the initial search process, to the planning, to the day-of execution. Kelly is an excellentcommunicator, she's on top of her stuff, knows the ins and outs of planning a wedding and working with a range of vendors, andis just a lot of fun to work with. She made the whole process easier and less stressful. Chef Luke was also extremely pleasantto work with and built a menu that fit exactly what we were looking for (a seasonal, veggie-forward meal that would appeal toour veggie-skeptical families). The food is always incredibly fresh. So far we've tried the tacos on Monday and the Sous Vide Fried Chicken Sandwich on... Wednesday. Pure offers other daily lunch specials which include Fried Fish, Grilled cheese, various soups, sides and others.They also offer ready-to-go entrees from their display case that you can take for a grab-and-go lunch or for a quick dinner youcan bring home to the family. Ingredients are always fresh and even with the fried options, you can tell that Chef Luke Houghtonkeeps health at the forefront of his decision making in the kitchen.
