Based on the menu, we were excited to try this place but found the food lacking and the ambience weird with a lot of bright... overhead lighting for a Friday night. The wines by the glass selection pretty limited for a WINE BAR. Most of our food was justaverage but definitely avoid the blackened shrimp and grits appetizer. Lastly know that there is no parking on-site so plan topark on the street and walk. On the plus side, our server was very nice and the roasted beet salad was good. Not worth a secondtry for me at the price point. Read more

Overall, ambiance and food were good. Wine tasting was wonderful. Lots of great vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options, but... my visit fell short. We ordered, and later learned they were out of the chickpea penne, so I opted for some risotto balls at thelast minute, but they came with a chili thai(?) style dipping sauce I didn't love. When I asked for a side of marinara, the cheftold my waitress "we're not that kind of place." This rubbed me the wrong way (the restaurant is next to a pawn shop, btw).Later, the manager got me some sauce ($5 charge), but unfortunately, the glass of wine I ordered earlier never arrived. I thinkthe place is worth another try, but it's hard to drop a 100 dollars on dinner and leave feeling bummed. Read more

The drinks were absolutely delicious. The service was good and it had a nice ambiance with live music. Our entrees were just OK... though. The brussel sprouts were so salty we couldn't eat them and the pasta was something I could have made at home. I feltlike the quality of the food did not stand up to the price point. Read more

Made a reservation for outdoor seating, arrive and find out there isn't any. The entire restaurant was smokey from the kitchen,... they had to prop the front doors open to try to circulate the air. The $17.00 burger said it came with choice of cheese on themenu, that usually means it's included, however I was charged an extra $1.50 for cheese. Asked for a side of ranch for thefries, was charged $0.50 on my bill but was not told about this when I asked for it. So now it's a $19.00 burger. The $19.00cheese board had stale crackers, was missing the jam, prosciutto was dry and hard, berries were mushy and the cheese selectionwas basic and minimal. Ordered the $15.00 seafood stuffed bacon wrapped prawns, however they were not stuffed with anything, itwas just 4 prawns with bacon. They state they are a wine bar, however their glass pours are minimal and not the greatest for$11. It was a disappointing experience. Read more

I really had high hopes for this place. I was visiting a friend and on our last night together we decided to try this place out.... Upon arrival the staff was warm and friendly and seated us right away. We ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer, 2 entrees, and twodesserts. The drinks were sadly disappointing and left a bad aftertaste, not sure if it was the alcohol or the syrup that wasused but just not good at all. The shrimp fritters seemed hopeful but again were a disappointed in the end. They were not onlyburned on the outside but was very gummy on the inside with little to no shrimp at all. Our entrees were decent although myfriend who ordered the salmon did say it was a bit salty and oily. The fingerling potoes were also dry and overcooked. Mychicken marsala was good on flavor but had quite a bit of fat on the chicken, great mashed potatoes and the broccolini wassinged a bit. The best part of the meal was the créme brûlèe and the chocolate mouse. Sadly I would not return unless therewere major changes to the food and drinks. Read more
