Usually this location is fine but today it was terrible. My fish sandwich was so hard and then it split apart. You can tell it... was very old. My other item was cold. Read more
Love the food, nothing wrong with that. It's just at this location there's a certain employee at the window that is very... disrespectful, she's a young lady, gets the job done but in an awful manner. I went to go ask to add some fries onto my orderand I was ignored and she shut the window, and everytime I pull up to order and she's there then everythings rushed. Plus theamount of times I've had my order messed up is sick, again while this girl is responsible for it and why th do they hand outheinz ranch and BBQ sauce in small cups with a lid. Probably too cheap to hand out your own ranch and bbq. The foods great butunfortunately for me this location is the only one nearby and I've gotta deal with that young lady most of the time, help youremployees enjoy work and all the gears will start to turn or just tell her to not be disrespectful idk just fix it because Iwon't be going back.
