The delivery driver came with the wrong pizza apologize and proceed to tell me he will be back with the right pizza. The guy... never showed or called so now I?m just waiting and looking dumb .Worst part you can?t even call the place once your ?pizza? beendelivery. Horrible service. Ordered delivery order and they said it would be here within an hour (1 mile down the road) and it didn?t get... here for 2 hours. I placed an order at 11:40. It sat in "prep" on the tracker for an hour. Then it sat in "Quality Check" for another hour. I... called twice, first time I was hung up on when the person answered and said hold on a moment. Second time I actually talked tosomeone and LOW AND BEHOLD my order finally changed to "delivery" on the tracker while I was on the phone. I placed a $100 delivery order at 10:17am to get delivered at noon, had a crew of people ready to eat and got a text from this... location saying they cancelled my order at 11:51am. Tried to call and figure out what happened but was just put on hold for 10minutes before I just hung up - if they couldn't deliver, a phone call would have been great so I could just go get it, not waituntil 10 minutes before it's supposed to be here and cancel the entire thing. Guess I should have read the reviews!! Same here. Ordered online- order accepted, card charged. Showed up and the store was... closed. Called and the phone got me nowhere. I was in the middle of a party and I had to call the Rochester store and beg themto make pizzas quick! When I finally got in touch with the store the manager later they wouldn?t even come to the phone. Noapology - just informed me it would be refunded. I?ll be in touch with Domino?s Corporate.
