THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Recently I placed a pickup order from Qdoba, i showed up about 25 minutes before closing time... and the staff was sitting at tables, and one was mopping the floor, which it fine no big deal. but they all looked at meconfused and after standing there for 5 minutes a guy behind the counter asked me what i needed, i told him i placed a to-goorder and they looked around confused and acted like they didn?t know where it was. They then looked it up on the computer andrealized i was telling the truth, and they pointed at a bag sitting at a table off to the side and said that?s where the to-goorders were picked up. Once i started walking over there the boy mopping yelled it was his food. After that a couple womenemployees started laughing. Then the man behind the counter said somebody already picked your order up, and I told him nobody Iknew picked up the order, and I was confused and asked if somebody stole my food. He responded blankly and said yea I guess,very unprofessional, so we stood and looked at each other for a couple minutes while the other employees continued laughing. Iwas beyond shocked how someone can just walk in and grab a bag of food without any proof it?s theirs. Finally he offers toreimburse me for the food and asked if I wanted a receipt, but I asked him if he could just remake the food considering theystill had 15 minutes before closing time, he refused and persisted they closed all the food down. Then he disappeared in theback for a while. Once he came back he claimed the manager was refunding it but he couldn?t give me a receipt. I thought it wasweird since he offered the receipt in the first place and the manager never came out to speak to me or apologize. During all ofthis the two women employees were snickering, laughing, and glaring at us.
