EDIT: Had to reduce this to 3 stars because they got rid of the 2 breadstick, 1 slice and drink combo. :( The Sbarro came back... after being gone for years! I came a couple days ago and got a pepperoni pizza with 2 breadsticks and a large soda. Still asgood as I remember! Read more

Terrible Customer service! I was there today. The lady that seemed to be in charge was yelling at customers. Cussing while... complaining about a cute older couple saying they didn?t have any patience. If you didn?t stand or order how she wanted you toshe would scold you and start cussing. Multiple people left the line due to her terrible attitude. It was very busy and sheobviously was not the right person to put out front. She does not work well under pressure, kinda seemed like a loose cannon ifyou ask me?? I personally would never eat at another Sbarro again. Read more

Normally decent during the week. But stopped today for lunch, had to wait because it was very busy- no biggy since me and my 12... yo daughter expected it. When it was almost our turn to order, the staff stopped taking orders to make pizzas. Okay, sure. Thepoor lady in front of me was on her break from another store (in uniform) and they just ignored that, making her wait longerunnecessarily. Then scolded her to step back to order, when she just wanted a side (she was trying to politely get theirattention). We continued to wait. And when it was finally our turn, I asked for two pieces and pointed.. because there was anold piece of pizza (small piece that was mostly crust) that 4 other people in front of me didn?t want. She grabbed that onefirst, and I said I didn?t want that piece. She yelled at me and said I can?t be picky. I said never mind and we left. 20 minwait for a rude experience. If a customer is patient and polite, the last thing staff should be is rude. I?ve been eating atsbarro for 25 years and have ALWAYS pointed to or requested fresher pieces. Especially if there?s a old/poorly made stray piecenot worth $6. This staff member could just toss the bad piece and move on. Customers should not be forced to pay for food theydid not ask for. Not looking forward to seeing her again. Good teaching moment- told my daughter that you don?t have to purchasesomething you don?t want. And we waited for lunch somewhere else, where the staff were just as busy but polite. Read more

We walked up at 12:30 and there was pizza ready to sell and two employees and we waited for them to be done with their task and... she looked up and screamed we?re not open. I kindly said ?oh, do you know about when you?ll be ready?? She said ?it?ll be readywhen it?s ready baby?. I didn?t appreciate the snark and the Unprofessionalism. I would have waited as my 4 and 6 year oldwanted pizza but after that we?ll never be back. I get people are rude to food service employees but I wasn?t. I get people areshort staffed but that doesn?t excuse rude behavior to customers. If you?re not open.. put up a sign. Read more

The staff was arguing while I was in line. One of the ladies was noticeably irritated at the male staff who was friendly and... doing his job. She went to the back and slammed the ice container open. Then came back once she filled the ice and told us inline ?she was sick of working with retards.? It was so embarrassing and inappropriate. The problem was not with the maleemployee it was her attitude. I couldn?t get out of line fast enough. They need some staff training at this location. 4employees who couldn?t work together.
