Definitely the hidden gem of the food court! Try the chicken shawarma bowl if you?re new to Mediterranean food. I highly... recommend the sun dried tomatoe hummus flavor. The chicken was fantastic, perfectly seasoned, not spicy or soaked in garlic likeyou get at some other Mediterranean places. Staff was friendly and I got my food fast. Read more

Okay, the smell was so amazing I forgot to grab a photo until I already started eating, but if you've eaten here, do you really... blame me? ???? This was my first time trying Hummus & Pita Co. My partner used to eat here regularly when he was workingsecurity for a couple stores at the beginning of Covid, and he would rant and rave about how delicious everything was. We'd cometo the mall today to get out of the house, and by dinnertime realized it was easier to get a bite where we were than drive allthe way home. He immediately got in line for here, and since I couldn't decide what I wanted, I figured it was worth trying.Never had shawarma in my life, or most of the options, so I asked the kind gentleman working the counter what he thought wasgood. Shawarma, sun dried tomato hummus, mediterranean salad and rice, spicy garlic paste, and feta cheese, stuffed into adelicious pita. OH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZING! I may have eaten more than I ought to have, and had leftovers that are now in myfridge for lunch tomorrow, but I will 100% tell you that passing up on this place will be the WORST decision you could evermake.
