Always running out of food. They once cut a patty in half, stacked the halves, and served it as a double to me. About 30... minutes ago they told me they only had fried foods. I asked for fried chicken strips, and they didn't have that either. Thisplace is awful! Read more

I enjoyed cookout food very much so and I'm a huge fan of the cook trays and their delicious shakes. However I am not so much at... the end of their service because there seems to always be someone on that intercom taking orders who seems to not be so happywith their position or something because they have horrible attitudes and are very rude. Although cookout has wonderful food anda decent price although they did go up on their prices the service Lacks the customer appreciation and that changes the wholeatmosphere and can make your experience very unpleasant. I suggest the cookout does better with their hiring process becausethey seem to put the wrong people in the past year order taking positions if you're not a customer service person or person thatlikes customers like to help and likes to speak and likes to deal with people you should not be in a position like such. Thepeople that do not like to service others need to be placed in the back cooking so we're not seeing somewhere not heardsomewhere where they're not speaking to customers no one wants to have experience when they're dealing with a rude employee thatseems unhappy with their position. I mean if you are on something happy with your position maybe you should change fields ofwork. But overall cookout has great food at a great price for the most part. Read more

One of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Every employee they have is rude and disrespectful. Last night I went and... after I had to stand at the window for 15 mins the cashier told me I had to walk through the drive thru when I did and finallygot to the speaker to give my order another cashier told me to go to the walk up window.
