Worst experience. Found hair on my pizza. When I bought it to the Store Managers attention, his response was ?I?m not taking... ownership of that. What do you want me to do about it?? Whoa. He took my receipt told ME to throw away the old pizza. When hemade a new pizza, he looked up and stated, ? don?t come back? Daniel Wright is horrible. This is the second time hair was foundin my food from this location. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. But to be threaded and talked down too isa no go. I like the pizza but I?m disgusted at what I just witnessed. I?m glad I seen it before I paid. The pizza maker was making pizzas... with no gloves stopping in between and texting on his phone. Phones are so disgusting that is beyond unsanitary. He didn?t seeme standing behind him. Historically good food and service. Today was beyond bad - pizza was soggy, luke warm and very oily. Was not reheated but was... thrown right into a box and bag. When asked to reheat; was told nothing wrong with pizza and resolution by the rude yetchildish ?manager? was to toss it in the trash with no resolve, replacement or refund. Then stop talking and ask the prep cookto tell me to stop talking to her. She has no place in a leadership position or in a customer facing role. Read more
