I just order a drink from there. They completely ignored what I asked for. And have someone else what I asked for. I wanted my... drink extra thick wit extra caramel, Java chips, and whip cream. Why order on the app for convenience when you can go through the drive through and get your order faster than the customers... ordering on the app and waiting 20 minutes (ok 18 minutes). It?s not the customers fault that you guys focus on the drivethrough orders and not the online ones. Get it together. Not coming to this location again after today.
