Unfortunately, the staff is still a concern. They have made some improvements but some of their attitudes are an issue. You can... feel how much hate they have for their job from the moment you walk in, it's written on their face. It's not a comfortablelocation to visit. The disgusted look and or glares almost always happen when you add something extra to your drink. It occurswith the same people and it doesn't matter what time you go in. Overall, a lot of their behavior and attitudes are unacceptableand down right disrespectful. The drinks are a hit or miss. Either it's good or it's really bad. There's no in-between. Theyrun out of things often and don't always add the changes you ask for to your drink. They may also serve their friend first evenif you were ahead of them. On the plus side the location is clean. Personally, if there was another location to go to, I wouldgo to that one over this. They have a lot they need to improve on, mainly with their staff. Read more
I?ve been a regular customer here for close to 2 1/2 years and after my interactions this morning, I give up on this location. ... The amount of disrespect and audacity some of this staff has to be rude and act as requesting a straw is such a disservice tothem is ridiculous. One day I?m treated with hellos and the next day Im a complete and total bother to them just walking up toplace my order. Read more
Rude cashier ... rather than take the order of the couple in front of us he called us out for ?needing to social distance?... however we were standing on a specified spot designated by the store. 4 customers three baristas and instead of doing his job ina timely manner he would rather reprimand people for no reason ... we left I?ll get coffee off base.
