It's your typical fast food Restaurant, i felt the the drive-thru line was quite slow the food tasted good, i thought the... ingredients in the Whopper were good but the food in my opinion isn't hot enough also we wanted specific pies for dessert butthey only had one flavor available. I visit this store frequently as it?s intown and better than mc Donald?s, however the customer service is not there through... ordering. Every single time, the male person taking orders and at the pickup window is a jerk! Who takes someone?s order and isso pushy when you?re spending money to buy food there? All he says is, ?is that all? in the rudest manner. Getting morefrustrated by the longer order. The other night he gave my husband the rudest stare because he had turned around to hand ourdaughter a drink while we were waiting for our food. I had all I could do not to lose it on him. I visted this burger King at 2:18 today, and used my bk app to get some rewards and offers for free. The person took my digital... code and some of the things that were suppose to pop up for free didn't. So they said let's restart. They deleted my order butall of my rewards were gone. They told me it was my fault and I needed to redo my order. But I couldn't because they took all mypoints. So they got the manager who was obviously not happy about the situation and told me I was wrong. But after I explainedshe told me she doesn't know anything about the app and she wasent going to help me because of it. Then made me reorder and payin full for items that were supposed to be free.
