The brisket is amazing, the quarter chicken is fantastic and the smoked mac and cheese is so good! Best BBQ around!

He was very obliging; even though he had a much larger... event that same day, he went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed -- not just the food, but the means to serveit, etc. -- to make the event a success.
