We've been coming here since it opened. In the last year it's just really gone down hill. We always order the pad Thai combo and... it always had plenty of shrimp. The last time it had 2 pieces only and they had changed the sauce. Okay not.a huge deal but justa bummer...Then the specialty rolls seem to have gotten smaller. Tonight we ordered the yummy roll like we always do and itcame out the same size as the california roll we ordered our son. It's significantly different. When we asked the server aboutit she said it's always like that but at the end of the meal another server asked us how things were and I mentioned it, and wesaid it seemed smaller and she said they had changed the tempura shrimp to a smaller size .We admittedly was very disappointingsince we spend a lot money on sushi and we expect it tobe served a certain way and it was all just not as good as normal. Sheapologized but no manager ever spoke to us and they gave just $5 off to compensate. It was just so disappointing. We sadly haveto f ind t new favorite sushi joint. Read more
I just heard that Bangkok Tokyo is under new ownership. Had dinner there last night. The service was very slow but well worth... the long wait. The sushi was top quality and excellent. We will go back. Read more
Ordered food for pick up tonight ready for 6pm restaurant called to let us know they were busy and needed to push back our pick... up time to 6:30pm no problem I plan to leave later. I then get a text that our Food was still ready by 6pm and we weren’t ableto pick up until 6:30 as planned after the restaurant called. Our food sat waiting for 30 minutes. By the time I got our coldfood home I found an ants on my sushi. Read more
Excellent and quick service, really good food. We recently enjoyed their sushi and they didn't disappoint. Support local... businesses! I wish we had more diversity of cuisines in this area. I was so sad to see yet another McDonald's come up. Read more

We have been customers of this place for years. However, tonight will be our final order. I do not think this place will remain... open, if it continues on their current path. Full disclosure, we ordered through DoorDash, and previous orders have always beenfine. We did not like ANY of the items we ordered, everything arrived cold, and the sushi was half the normal-sized portion. Theingredients were not fresh, and the recipes tasted way different. We asked for pork instead of chicken, and they did notaccomodate us, even though we called and asked if we could do this, and they told us Yes, we could. Our sushi was flavorless,rubbery, and tasted like it had been sitting out for way too long. I will no longer recommend this restaurant. Read more
