Unfortunately Black Jack has gone down hill . I used to tell people that I would put this pizza place up against any pizza place... in the world. It used to be the best pizza. I'm not sure what has changed in the past year and a half but it is definitely notthe same. I'm not sure if they changed their dough recipe or owners but I do not order from here any longer. I had been orderingfrom this location for 20 plus years but my family and I will no longer order from here. Read more
The pizza was perfect! The manager (I believe her name was Maria?)at this location was taking orders over the phone and she was... very patient and helpful! On a day like today (Labor Day) I would assume delivery orders would take longer. She made sure myorder was to my house within an hour! The delivery drivers at the store were all busy so she called in doordash to deliver myorder. I ordered over the phone through the restaurant! She went out of her way to make sure my order was right and within areasonable time! Thanks!!! Read more
UPDATE 8-4-22: In response to your reply (not the manager???) I'm not quite certain how me reaching out to a manager will... clean the location or fix the efficiency issues you have. I wish I had a magic wand? I don't want anything other than to warnpeople what they MIGHT want to expect based on many past encounters. I'm sure not every experience goes this way obviously butO don't think it's a fluke when a common, single person's experience has been sub-par. Maybe you can let your manager know forme? Order to deliver not ready when arrived. They had the order for 20m before I arrived no less. Quoted 5m more. Waited 15mmore. Inquired. Advised they needed to restart the wings but they could pull them early? Probably not safe for consumption Iwould think. Had to cancel the customers order for another driver and the customer no doubt was forced to wait even longer. Historically, I have picked up and delivered over 10+ orders for this location and there has been not a single time it was readyupon arrival. No wonder Blackjacks are disappearing. Having waited so long I began to notice that this restaurant was prettygrimey as well. Please try to do a little better. I won't take another delivery from here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTSDRIVERS!!! Ordered pizza today, as we were moving and had a crew to feed. I found the manager Shay and her mom Cindy to be so friendly and... helpful. They went above and beyond to give me fast service and even helped me carry my order to my car! We are regulars atBlackjack Pizza and have found it to be the best pizza around.
