Just experienced true kindness at Chipotle. Money has been right recently and I thought I had budgeted enough this month to grab... a quick bite to eat. This place is fantastic if you go later in the day. I came in with my dad at around 9:30 pm on 10/07/22 and the staff was... nothing but friendly. We?ve come in before and the same thing happened. They?ve given us drinks on the house and loaded up ourbowls with extra cheese, chicken, etc at no extra cost. They?re also willing to have a normal, friendly conversation with youwhile they make your food. Just went there this evening, was the only person in the store and the staff had mobile orders to prepare. No worries at all.... They asked me to wait until they could help out, cool. After about 5 minutes of standing there the first staff member looked atme as if I were there just to disturb them. I asked for a tortilla on the side and the one she grabbed had a hole in it but shedidn't care at all and still didn't care to make another. The food was absolutely laking in comparison to a normal Chipotle.Come to this location knowing that you won't get good or even subpar service plus food quality we've become accustomed to. Read more
Abysmal experience. Ordered online and walked in to no order despite being 5 minutes past pickup time. I tried to be gracious as... their rice machine was broken and they were out of rice. 5 or 6 people were waiting and many more entered confused after I gotthere. The employees kept their heads down and ignored most of the people waiting. I could have gotten in line 3 or 4 times overand ordered food, so for some reason they weren't prioritizing online orders at all. I'd have done it but I already paid for theonline order, no one was talking to me, and I wasn't sure if they were already filling the order (spoiler: they weren't). After45 MINUTES of waiting I finally got their attention awkwardly and asked for a refund. They apparently can't do that; I had to doit myself on the app. Well, the app has no way to do that either. They told me to call a number but they didn't know what thenumber was and they asked me to Google it. Spoiler: there's no number. I had to tell the Chipotle bot on the app that the storewas closed before it finally sent me to a live agent and refunded my money. Don't go to this location. You might get lucky, butchances are, you won't. I don't review often and I'm an optimistic, patient person, but this experience wore it all down. Read more

Avoid this place! Horrible experience, this place was trashed! (Don?t believe me look at the pictures). Most dirty restaurant... we?ve seen in years. Not to mention, super slow service, completely out of beans, cheese, ice, and forks? trash everywhere,including overflowing trash cans and dirty gloves left out!!
