Last night I wanted to take my goddaughter and godson to a fun place for a late dinner. I am very disappointed in the service at... this location. I ordered a pizza from this place and was told that my pizza would be out in 15 minutes so I bought a pass for 30minutes of game play for my God children. Well the pass expired and my pizza never showed up. Then when I asked I was told itwould be out in five minutes. That came and went so I just asked for a refund.It was all a waste of time! Read more
First of all Chuck E. Cheese is a brand, my child was not greeted at the door with ?hello welcome to Chuck E. Cheese!!!? Every... other state greets them with enthusiasm. :( And secondly, the service is so slow. It took almost an hour to get our food! Forfries..and cheesy bread?! My son wasnt even interested by the time the food came. Also, I asked someone who was doing anythingfor a to-go box and they sent me to someone else?lazy? If you don?t wanna work then go home.
