Order food at the Smokey Hill location in Aurora using their online app with the expectation the food would be ready within a 5... min window of the posted pickup time. I got to the restaurant at the designated time to find they hadn't even started theorder. The employee was nice, apologized and said it would be ready in 15 mins. I waited 20 mins and it still wasn't ready soelected to get a refund and go some place else. I'm not sure exactly what happened or why my order wasn't at least startedbefore I got there, but it was a disappointing experience and will think twice before using their online app in the future.
