20 minute long drive through wait is much too long considering the car at the window ordered a sandwich and a cup of coffee. I... ran out of time and was not able to get my order. This caused me to be 10 minutes late for work. I definitely will not be backto this Einstein brothers shop. Read more
Quality of the food was not top notch. Really 3 stars, just average food (no real unique flavor, little bland). But with the... friendly and quick service it made it an enjoyable experience. Came here for lunch. They had like 5 bagels. Why even stay open during lunch time if you have nothing to serve? I asked cashier... if that?s all they have and she said ?yes? and we both laughed. Alrighty have a nice day. Reading other reviews sounds like atoxic work place too, if staff ask for tips, the franchiser must be a cheap one, unfit to own a business. Also almost banged myhead on low hanging lights. Find another location to goto, this one is bad and I don?t blame the employees. ???? Edit: If thisis a corporate location- yikes. I?ve never been to a place that messes up an order 3 times and still can?t get it right. The original order wasn?t able to be... completed due to a certain bagel being out- totally understandable and not a big deal. Then the drink order was wrong, able tobe corrected.
