This is not about the food. The food here is always fantastic. This is about the lack of customer service and accountability by... employ and management. On Friday, 24 June at 5pm I orders wings online. The order says it will be ready @ 5:26. I arrive atGolden Flame - Aurora to stand in line for 10 minutes to be told my order will be ready in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the line isstill outside of the door and not one employee is trying to call out orders that are sitting on the counter and in the backshelves to clear out customers. I asked the counter employee to please say something to the customers but she said that wasn?ther responsibility. I wonder if it takes customers to start fighting and the police to be called before it becomes theresponsibility of someone employed here. There is no semblance of order here.
